What is a Reiki Session like for People? I do intuition based Reiki. During a Reiki session you lay on your back, fully clothed (shoes off), on a massage table with gentle relaxing music playing in the background. You are covered with a sheet and/or blanket to keep you warm. My hands are channeling the Reiki energy above your body into your energy field and your energy field is then taking that energy and placing it where it needs to go. There is no tissue manipulation. (It's not massage). The Reiki energy will surround you and fill you with a feeling of relaxation, peace and well-being that also promotes healing. Some people feel a slightly tingling sensation in the area I'm working on. Others experience a pleasant dreamlike state, or feel a sense of emotional release. I also use animal energies, nature energies, and crystal energies to help with the Reiki Healing. Sessions are held in a private residence in Falcon Ridge Community in Renton (98055). Reiki space is spacious, overlooking a forest/garden and separate from rest of the home. Easy parking in driveway. Distance reiki sessions for people or pets. No travel time required. We set up a time and I use a picture of the person or pet to connect remotely to them wherever they are and then they receive their reiki session. Prepayment required. Cost is same as in person.

PetsFor Pets I get down on the floor with them. If the are anxious I may do the whole session from across the room. They too get gentle music and I channel the Reiki energy into their energy field and their energy field takes it and uses it where healing is needed. I also use animal energies, nature energies, and crystal energies with pets if my intuition directs me to do so. If the pet is really anxious and really doesn't like people other than their owner I would recommend a distance Reiki session. That means I stay in my environment and they stay in theirs and I just energetically connect with their energy field and do the Reiki session remotely. To book an appointment go to the "Book Now" button on the home page. In person pet sessions are now available on Tuesday afternoons at 4 Sisters Holistic Remedies Wellness Center in downtown Renton. Appointment is still required for distance or in person pet Reiki.

I also teach Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Master Teacher Classes. Classes are held in a spacious room overlooking a forest/garden at a private residence in the Falcon Ridge Community in Renton (98055). You will also learn how to use it on plants, food, pets, crystals, material items, etc. Each person receives a attunement, which opens them up to channel the Reiki energy frequency and lock in that ability for life. You will receive a Reiki 1 Certificate after completion of course. There are no prerequisites. Minimum 2 people.

These symbols help increase emotional, mental, and karmic healing. You will also learn how to remotely give Reiki to others or to a situation/event. Includes manual, attunements and Certificate of Completion. Prerequisite is Reiki 1 class.
Reiki Master Teacher

This class helps you go deeper into your spiritual alignment and healing through practicing Reiki. It introduces more Reiki symbols that you can use to enhance your healing and the healing of others. It also teaches you how to do Attunements so that you can attune others to be able to channel Reiki and you yourself can become a Reiki Teacher. The course includes manual, attunements, and Certificate of Completion. The prerequisite is Reiki 2, and at least 3 months of practicing Reiki as a Reiki 2 student.
